use Auto-draft for monthly payments?
We sure can! Auto-draft is taken out of your account on the 7th of

discount if I am a teacher?
Yes, if you are a teacher, your cheer payment is $28 a month.

Yes! We offer sibling discounts. The cost is $32 for the first child and $28 for
each additional child.
8. Can I join in
the middle of a month?
Yes! We have open enrollment, so you can join anytime in the month.
Classes are prorated by $8.
9. How long are your sessions?
At our daycares, our sessions are on-going. They never end with the
exception of some weeks in December for the Holidays.
10. Do you provide pom poms?
Yes, our coaches bring a bag of assorted poms to each class.
Cheerleaders are able to bring their personal poms from home as well. If
parents choose, they may purchase Alpha Athletics Poms. They are hot
pink and white and cost $11.50.
E-mail
Coach Kayleigh if you would like to order a pair.
11. Do you provide
cheerleading uniforms?
Our coaches bring "dress-up" style uniforms to each cheer class.
These are worn over the cheerleaders regular clothes and are returned
after cheerleading class ends for the day. Typically cheerleaders prefer
to wear their uniforms from home, but are still offered the "dress-up"
ones.
You may purchase an Alpha Athletics cheerleading uniform through our
website or by phone. 919-432-8500
More details
12. How many free trials
can I have?
The free trial limited to one free class per child.
13. Do I have to pay for the free trial class if I sign up?
No, the free trial class is just that- Free!
14. If my child is almost 2½
can they still join?
We do prefer cheerleaders to be
2½ before they join, however, if you feel that they are ready, we will
offer a free trial to assess them.
15. Can boys take this class?
Absolutely! In fact, they are very helpful in our stunting! We cater
to the boys in our class and work on their voice projection, stunts,
motions, and athleticism. In our classes, girls are given poms to use
while boys are given megaphones. Males may purchase Alpha Athletics Hats
for practice.
16. What are the class
ratios?
Our target is 8:1 but it can increase based on coach experience.
Classes will never reach more than 10:1.
17. What should my children
wear?
Cheerleaders can wear whatever they choose. Most cheerleaders wear a
uniform to school the day of cheer class. Alpha Athletics uniforms are
available through our website. Cheerleaders can also wear a uniform that
they have from another squad. Cheerleaders who do not wear their own
uniform, may "dress-up" in the pink uniforms that we provide.
18. What if my child is absent during the day cheerleading is offered?
Payment for classes is based on a four week month, so any time
there is a fifth week, it is used as our make-up class. We use this time
to make sure that all of our cheerleaders are on the same level.
19. What is your policy for allowing children with special needs into
your program?
Children with special needs are absolutely welcome in our program.
20. We would like to withdraw from cheerleading class, how do we go
about doing that?
A 30-day written notification or e-mail
message must be submitted to Alpha Athletics in order to withdraw a
student from his/her cheerleading class. A phone message is not
sufficient.
