Alpha Athletics is
honored to offer cheerleading classes at Life Time Fitness in
Cary.
Two weekly classes are offered. The first is for ages 3-6 on
Tuesday from 5:15-6:15 and the second is for ages 7-12 from
6:30-7:30.
Class sessions last 7 weeks with the final week as a
"performance day".
Like our other classes, these
are geared towards age appropriate exercises and games.
It is a
great class for improving coordination and developing an
improved self-image.
