injury, accident or illness claims arising from participation in the
Cheerleading programs. I understand that these programs are not affiliated in
any way with the site at which they are held, and that these sites will in no
way be held responsible for injury, illness or accident. I am giving Alpha
Athletics my permission to use my child’s photo and/or video clip for use on
